Welcome to Terra, a shapefile conversion application provided by Greenbrook Designs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our application, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About Terra

Terra is an iOS application designed to convert shapefiles into KMZ format for use in mapping and GIS applications. The app allows you to import shapefile bundles, convert them to KMZ, preview the results on a map, and export or share the converted files.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Terra only for lawful purposes. You may not:

- Use the app to engage in any illegal activity

- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the application

- Use the app in any way that could damage or impair our services

- Use the app to convert or distribute files that are illegal, harmful, or violate others' rights

- Use automated systems to access the app in ways not intended by its design

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all files you import into and generate with Terra, including source shapefiles and converted KMZ files. All conversion happens on your device — we do not access, collect, or store the contents of your shapefiles or converted files on our servers.

You are responsible for the content of the files you convert and any files you choose to share. We are not responsible for any content contained in files you process using the app.

4. Disclaimers

Terra is a tool for converting geospatial file formats. We provide the app "as is" without warranties of any kind. Please note:

- We do not guarantee that converted files will be free of errors or fully compatible with every third-party mapping application

- Coordinate reprojection and geometry conversion are provided for convenience and may not always produce results suitable for surveying, legal, or other precision-critical purposes

- We are not responsible for any decisions made based on files converted using the app

- You should verify converted files before relying on them for any critical use

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenbrook Designs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from:

- Your use or inability to use the app

- Any errors or inaccuracies in converted files

- Any interruption or cessation of the app

- Any decisions made based on files processed through the app

6. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Terra or any feature at any time with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Terra if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of Terra is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

9. Intellectual Property

Terra, including its source code, design, and visual elements, is owned by Greenbrook Designs LLC and protected by copyright law. The app name and branding are protected under trademark law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
