Welcome to Our Next Home, a property tracking application provided by Greenbrook Designs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our application, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About Our Next Home

Our Next Home is an iOS application designed to help users organize, track, and discover properties during their house hunting and apartment search process. The app allows you to save locations, add notes and photos, share your findings with others, and visualize properties on an interactive map.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Our Next Home only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the app to engage in any illegal activity
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the application
• Use the app in any way that could damage or impair our services
• Share or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Use automated systems to access the app in ways not intended by its design

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Our Next Home, including property notes, photos, and location data. By using sharing features, you grant other users you've shared with access to view and collaborate on shared content.

You are responsible for the content you create and share. We are not responsible for any content shared by users.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Our Next Home offers optional subscription features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed in your App Store account settings
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period
• Subscription pricing is subject to change with notice

5. Disclaimers

Our Next Home is a tool for organizing information about properties. We provide the app "as is" without warranties of any kind. Please note:

• We are not real estate professionals and do not provide real estate advice
• Property information you enter is based on your own research and observations
• We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information in the app
• Location data and maps are provided for convenience and may not always be accurate
• We do not verify property information, listings, or availability
• You should conduct your own due diligence before making any real estate decisions

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenbrook Designs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the app
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your personal information
• Any interruption or cessation of the app
• Any real estate decisions made based on information stored in the app

7. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Our Next Home or any feature at any time with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Our Next Home if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of Our Next Home is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

10. Intellectual Property

Our Next Home, including its source code, design, and visual elements, is owned by Greenbrook Designs LLC and protected by copyright law. The app name and branding are protected under trademark law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
